Normally, I need to try a half dozen steps before I find the result I’m looking for, and more often than not I need to combine several versions of an image; essentially keeping the best parts of each variation.
My current workflow is to import an image, begin messing around and when I find something I like, I have to export that image, then if I’m being serious about what I do, I have to replace the current working image with the one just exported and continue working with different settings until I find the next one I like. Export that, re-import and continue; rinse and repeat often.
REQUEST:
Add a button to either the history area (or in the sidebar) that creates a full quality snapshot of the changed image and begins using that for all future changes (until the next time I enable the snapshot).
