Everything works correctly in Gigapixel, except when I activate Redefine. Then the program always crashes without exception.

I have a less powerful system than you do, and it runs reliably here.
Win 11 Pro 23H2, AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, 32 GB RAM, and NVIDIA RTX 2070 Super with 565.90 drivers.
Our Beta Redefine model performance can vary dependent on a few factors including image size, additional enhancements applied, as well as some more system configuration information. To start, would you mind supplying me with your full system profile so I may investigate further?

It had been working for a while, I was able to export a couple of images with the 4x option and it went pretty well. After the sixth picture, it just starts crashing when I even try to generate a preview.

Upgraded to latest gigapixel edition yesterday. With redefine on, rendering never stoped, would not save to Lightroom. Tried using it as a stand alone, same issues (tried to save back to origin file).
Reinstalled through the topaz website. Same results.
Computer I use is a Mac M1 ultra. It should be able to work with the Gigapixel program.

my images will not complete render preview with redefine beta
This is a known issue with our Redefine Beta and a lot of the issues arise when there is a hardware complication causing slow processing speeds. With that said, a beta release can often be plagued by early issues and we expect our upcoming patch release to cure a lot of the known issues.

I trying out Giga Pixel 8 since yesterday and have to complain that it is so slow that it’s by far unusable! I tried a simple Picture of a. Size of 2000x3000 (JPG)tried to scale it up by 2x and this is taking about more a half hour. I am quite sure that Giga Pixel 7 was much Faster. What can I do to Speed up? because so the APP is absolut Useless I’m working on very New MacBook M4 Max. Maybe there is the Cloud Rendering causing the issues?? How can I Speed, This up to make it usable

What I also Want to tell you and to complain, is that huge amount of Energy Giga Pixel 8 is taking from my Brand new MacBook M4 Max. Apple ist telling about that there is enough Power for about 18 hours but using GP8 its just 1 1/2 By Far: there must be Something wrong with Giga Pixel 8

I used the Beta redefine option with cloud rendering on a file. The rendering completed within a few minutes, but when I tried to export the file to my computer it hangs. The progress bar says “processing” and the indicator is still spinning, but it has been over an hour. The original file size was 12.3 mb (4042 px x 3120px), enlarged to 13.8mb (4200 x 3241), so not a particularly large increase in size.
Additional information: This isGigapixeel 8 running on a Windows 11 pc as a standalone application.
Preview taking hours on a mac. Rendering in the cloud just doesn’t seam to work at all. I have purchased credits but cant make it work at all. No upscale just on x1. Redifine cant make that work at all it just progress bar moves a fraction in hours. Recover is taking all night to render one tiny file. No idea where it is, cant find it

Hold on no forget it its amazing, I just didnt know how it worked. What the hell took an ai image and made it incredible, so much detail. Thats crazy.
Redifine not executing fully and program stalls. Hangs on Finishing up when rendering image.
I am having the same issue with my standalone v 8.0.1.
Using i9 CPU with 64GB RAM and NVIDIA 3060 with 6GB dedicated memory.
I also uninstalled the app, cleared my registry and reinstalled, as directed, but no improvement.
