Looks like possibly a multi-pass process as the edge details are cranked up and that is not a one model option. Possibly Proteus or Rhea with custom settings pushed hard. Hard to tell exactly though.
If you have a current subscription to Topaz Video the Rhea model is included under the Enhancements tab. If you have a previous license to Video AI, the Rhea model was introduced back in version 5.
Videos like this are difficult to lock in on the model used and the settings, as part of it is determined by the input source and that can be a wide range when using videos ripped from the internet or recorded from broadcasts.

hey, i watched some videos on rhea model, i dont think its the same as the one in the pic i posted, im trying to get those sharp dark lines that cause the faces and edges to be bold and clean, closest ive gotten is iris, and by passing the same video through iris upto 4 times, but i dont get any details on the field compared to the pic, in the pic, the field also has those criss cross lines
Then this could be a situation where a first pass with a Starlight model and then a second pass with Proteus is going to be the situation. Might need to look at a subscription to the Astra tool since your system specs you said were low before. This would run via the web browser instead of locally for processing.
You get simillar using Iris MQ dynamic mode, set high Value of “fix compresion”, then use “Improve Detail” about the half or more of “fix compression”, for example start with 70 / 40 and play around with this two values.

its for quick football video edits, want that crisp style or if you have someting better im open to see some ideas, got this from a tiktoker and really like the crisp quality, but like i said, if you have even better ones, i would love to have it
Crisp? Looks more like deformed or overcooked to me.
I would think SLP 2.5 would look better than that.
