I gave up on VEAI upscaling, it just looks too artificial no matter what I try. What I’d like it to do is to repair issues such as bad interlacing, interlaced parts inside progressive frames, unstable or shaking frames, color correction by analyzing scenes, basically stuff that actually matters.
Isn’ t that already available in TVAI ? 
It is good to have, but base on the color / lighting correction in TPAI, it is pretty useless (at the moment), because in most case it just make it worst than original. 
It would be great, if TVAI include something similar to Similar to Perfectly Clear Video AI
Hmm, did you try Iris LQ with recover details set to 90-100?
This should mostly do what you want.
