The logs are showing that it is still overloading the available VRAM and erroring out. I would say dropping it to 65% should cover it with that 3x upscale.
The other option would be to do a 2x upscale and then bring the file back in for a second pass with Gaia to the desired output scale and that will reduce the memory needed and should complete for you.
No problem. I was able to resolve the issue in the meantime.
Limiting the usable VRAM to 65% did indeed solve the problem. That resulted in about 23.5 GB of VRAM being used on my GeForce 4090.
However, since I’m now using a 5090 and Starlight Sharp can allocate up to around 31.x GB of VRAM in its configuration, I can now run Topaz with 100% VRAM utilization.
