Rendered ProRess 422 LT files do not play

Topaz Video AI 7.0.0. does not render playable ProRess 422 LT files.
When I revert back to version 6.0.4 all is working well.

issue details:
After rendering, when I right click on the resulting file, Windows immediately gives me a wait cursor for a minute or so. If I then click on properties, the video and audio information is empty:

I have tried again by changing codec settings audio mode to “convert” instead of “copy” (this worked before as a workaround when I ran into unplayable mp4 files), but no luck.

Just to confirm, the app is successfully exporting the files, however, the exported file won’t play?
