Removing Noise is increasing noise

Just noticed on version 2.0.4 isn’t removing noise but increasing it.

What settings did you use for this image? It looks like the sharpening may have increased the noise on the girl’s dress. You can decrease the sharpening amount or try other models to see if it gets a better result.
