Remove, uhh, fail

Photo AI 2.1.2. I used the remove tool (beta) to remove a face from a photo. Interesting result.
The man’s face was replaced by a shrunken head of another person, who that person is and where the program got it from is unknown

That is AI for you. Could be some copyright issues.

I’m finding AI very inconsistent.

Can’t imagine a copyright issue as I took the photo. But… you never know. I thought the white teeth from the giant inflatable Husky head behind the adult would have magically been painted in where his head had been marked for removal. Oh well… next will be the clone tool!

Please post in the correct categories, what was the “idea” you put forward?

I just don’t understand the reasoning in only removing the persons head - since a corpse without head imo doesn’t make sense the AI did kind of the right thing replacing it with another head (apart from that the one it chose doesn’t fit of course).

It might have worked better if you removed the whole person?

Yes but not the new face in the image. My comment was more about the software than you. Some AI companies are being sued over copyright issues.
