'Remove Noise' is never selected

‘Remove Noise’ is never selected even though there is obvious noise in scans or noisy images. I must select ‘Remove Noise’ manually.[Please describe your issue here. Try to include logs (Help → Logging) and add screenshots if necessary.]

I can review them and share with my team to see if we need to decrease the threshold for when Topaz Photo AI is enabled.
