Question. I seem to need to re-install (after a botched OS upgrade attempt). I’m getting an unregistered DLL error. But the ‘download trial’ buttons are disabled. How would I go about re-installing?
First uninstall and reboot computer. Then go to the Download menu at Download
Install and if asked to register, use your email and topaz account password.

Thanks for your reply. Just tried this but still getting errors. Will repost under a relevant subject.
You should contact Topaz Tech support. You need to provide you system info and OS(Mac or Windows X). Also if you are trying to install a trial version or a paid version.
