I’ve had to reinstall windows 10. When I come to install AI I am prompted to activate my software. I press the button, sign on in the browser, get told my software will be activated but instead I get prompted that my browser’s Auth token has expired and I should press activate again. The browser then tells me it is going to close in 5 seconds and my application should be authenticated. It is not and I am in a loop.
Ideas?

If the steps linked in that docs page that AND-E shared do not help, please pull the logs from the app and send to the support team so that we can try and see what is going on.
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
@mark.phillips-3905 could be browser thing, which one you use, edge? Try different browser maybe it helps
