Regression: Remove Noise altering overall colors too much

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Color grade image in LR
  2. Turn on Remove Noise in TopazAI
  3. Shadows with red tones are shifting to more green across the entire image

While I love the remove noise feature, I’ve noticed its recoloring images globally rather than just removing noise. I don’t recall it being so noticeable several months ago, but have noticed it more and more since Feb.
