The image preview for “recover faces” is rendered incorrectly.
Hi.
Click on the Eyeball next to Recover Faces to temporary disable it
Then reduced the Denoise slightly and enable the Recover Faces Eyeball again

I know this sounds obvious have you checked your Drivers for an update
Even reducing the strength of the denoise to 1 does not remedy the issue.

My system has been rock solid with the current driver configuration for quite some time and haven’t seen any issues with any other software.
