I tried to do a face enhancement on the attached photo (03A62BE3-8B92-4ED2-903A-2011D20BAA06DJI_0283), and it said it only identified one face, even though there were a lot of identified greyed out squares (not every face was recognised tho, it seemed random). When I started clicking on faces, they turned to yellow squares as normal but as you can see from the screen snap of the Topaz page (screenshot 2024-10-22 at 2.40.22 pm.png), it said things like “Faces to recover 22/1” (so it was still thinking there was only one face there). I tried using “select all”, but that didn’t help. I tried the non-beta version, but it still only seemed to count one potential face even tho it identified many more…
Also if you can, please try to recreate this error in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this thread.
Would you also mind sending in this file you are working with to see if I’m able to replicate this behavior on my machine.
