“Unsupported input (Error number -129 occurred)” try different format, remux source with MKVToolnix …if nothing helps you can export it e.g. in Virtualdub as FFV1 or AVI to not lose any quality by a re-encoding.

The source file is showing as unsupported like Mayday pointed out.

You can also use Handbrake to remux the file and then bring back in and that should resolve your issue.
