Raw file edits are lost when exported to Topaz. Edit software is Nikon NX Studio
I had this issue before and issue was fixed

Please send me your system profile information so I can check if your computer hardware is up to date.

You can securely submit your files(s) to my Dropbox using the link below.

Please be sure to send me a note here to let me know you sent something.

I just you the infirmation

Thanks for sending in that information.

I want to see if updating your GPU driver will resolve the problem, as there is a more up-to-date driver that has been released.

Please use the following link to update your driver: NVIDIA | GeForce MX550 | Driver Update

After the update, let me know if you are still experiencing the problem.

What file format is being sent to TPAI from NX Studio?

I ask this because as far as I know, raw edits in NX Studio are just embedded as metadata in the NEF file, and I don’t think NX Studio supports exporting as a DNG file.

It is Nikon’s raw file which which is “NEF”

I updated the NVIDIA driver and still have the same problem

If you send the NEF file to TPAI you won’t see the raw edits because the raw file isn’t altered, apart from the addition of metadata. What you see in NX Studio is just a preview of what the image will look like when exported to a non raw format like tiff or jpeg.

It would have to be one of those formats that gets sent to TPAI so all your raw edits are applied to that file.
