Random Crashes to Desktop after update to ver. 3.3.0

Last evening I downloaded and installed the latest update to Photo AI and began using it to process a batch of photos. The program crashed to the desktop several times, and I shut down the session out of frustration. This morning, while attempting to do the same work, the program has twice crashed to the desktop. This has occurred during both the editing process and the upload process.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Start Photo AI
  2. Edit photos & upload final images
  3. Program randomly crashes to desktop

For me, it crashes as soon as I load an image, before I even try to select any operation.

It is most likely 3.3.0 that is causing the crash. I was using Photo AI consistently with Lightroom before this. Now it crashes every single time. It is currently useless.

It turned out there must have been a bug in Lightroom. There was a very recent bug fix that I installed to resolve it. Lightroom Classic 14.0.1.

Unfortunately it’s the same for me, since update 3.2.1 Photo AI is crashing while analyzing an image file. Update to 3.3.0 is the same.
It’s a windows 10 Machine, all available updates from Windows Update were installed.

But I found there were a new graphics driver available which was not available in windows update, so I uninstalled the OEM driver from Windows and installed the Original driver and et voila, Photo AI is working again with the newest Graphics driver installed.
