I am today experiencing issues with the ‘Low resolution v2’ option and have tried everything to get rid of these colour spots. They are NOT visible in the original file or on any of the other upscale options. Please can someone tell me if this is a new bug? I use the low resolution option all the time so this is really affecting my workflow. I’m on an iMac 2023 and the JPG file used in Gigapixel 7 has been created using Photoshop CC.

Thanks for reaching out! The artifacts you’re seeing with the ‘Low Resolution v2’ option are something we’ve noticed as well, especially when high denoise values are used in that model. We’re planning to investigate this further and work on a fix or improvement. In the meantime, you could try lowering the D noise values or using another upscale option until we sort this out. We know this is impacting your workflow, and we’re on it!
