[Please describe your issue here. Try to include logs (Help → Logging) and add screenshots if necessary.]I bought this yesterday. Downloaded and all, but now when I try to edit pictures, it states that I’m still using the “trial package.” I can’t edit my pictures.
Steps to reproduce issue:
Topaz Photo AI [v1.x.x] on [Windows/Mac]
Did you log in via the “Account” menu ob the top?
Yes. Trial/Activate “you’re in the trial.” Pictures saved will be watermarked.

Please open the top menu and go onto Help → Support and write to the Topaz Support. They normally reply quickly!

@johnny.myers Please make sure you’re trying to use the correct app. You’ve posted in the Photo AI forum but the watermark suggests either Sharpen, DeNoise, or Gigapixel.

Yes. My bad. It was Photo AI and I had downloaded Denoise as that and Gigapixel and others showed up like I had purchased those. Delete my post if you can. Sorry.
