Is there a tool to pull colors from an image layer and use them to re-color the current project?

Also, when I was looking for this feature, I discovered that html coding on this tutorial page needs to be tweaked: Color Theme Archives - Topaz Labs

Hello.

The old Topaz PhotoFXlab program has something called InstaTone that allows you to do this. I don’t know if you can still get that program. I haven’t seen that feature in the newer software.

What product are you talking about?

In Studio 2 you can alter the color theme and you can also use different blending modes for the layers.
