Proteus frames inconsistency (frames lost)

5.4 version
I’v processed using proteus auto settings one source. Only proteus (without any fps change models).
And source and output is different in frames.
50003 input frame is 50000 in output (3 frames lost).
70193 frame in source is 70190 in output (3 frames lost - same).
Source 78827 → 78820 output (7 frames lost - more).
First frame lost is 25273.
Source is cartoon.
Why 25273 is first lost I can’t guess.
Its not a duplicate with 25272 or of 74.
It looks a little same as 25273 - because front object is not changed comparing to 72 frame. But background is changed (object is flying). And on 25274 frame object changes too.
But Proteus should not drop frames at all.
Result is wrong now because of audio desync.
Encoding was done to HEVC. For ability to pause (but pause was not used).
I’v done windows hybernate 2 times thou. But it was done first time after > 50% processed and there is >121000 frames. So it should not be an issue.

Source: 121673 frames. Output is 121659. 14 frames lost.

I will try to reprocess it and see if issue will be same.

Update:
I’v resized source to 240x130.
Processed it 1x and 2x and all frames in place.
Will redo original 2x.

Can you send the logs to the support team for review as to what is causing that dropped frame? The team is investigating some similar issues and would need the logs to compare what is going on.

Here is a video to help with the steps of how to collect the logs.

Looks like log is removed because of other renders. I will try to reproduce issue and will come back.
Update - have tried another source DVD → 1080p proteus interlaced 2x process. And everything is fine with frames (they are 2x).
Thou I was forced to reencode VOB into mkv using H265 using libav source in avisynth. Otherwise Video AI was messing with source fps. Maybe because of some interlace flags inside mpeg stream. It must be ffmpeg issue or something near it (FFMS2 do same messing).

I’v tried to process part(scene) of original source where first frame was lost. And result is all frames intact. So it is not related to frames content.
