In other encoders, the pause feature is universally supported, so why doesn’t AV1 support it yet? From a user’s perspective, it’s inconsistent enough to mistakenly assume there is no pause feature at all.
There was previously a post stating that you’d reach out to the developers regarding this issue; could I possibly get an update on its progress? I’ve been waiting for a year. It would be helpful to know clearly if this feature will never be implemented or if there’s an intention to add it in the future.
