Program shuts down immediately after importing an image file

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 open Photo AI
  2. Step 2 import jpg image
  3. Step 3 program shuts down

Im running into the same problem-I’m watching your post for a reply.

My previopus version ran perfectly with zero issues

Mine does the same, not happy.

Version 3.3.3 Macbook Pro with M2Pro and Sequoia. Photo AI crashes. Always. No matter whether I send an image from LR or load an image into Photo AI. It is displayed briefly, Photo AI starts to analyse and then crashes completely after a few seconds. Changing the settings from Auto to CPU or M2Pro does not change anything. So it is no longer possible to work with the software for which I have paid money. I want a working program and not a beta tester. Finally do your homework :rage:!

Same problem here. AI crashes towards the end of photo analysis step. Doesn’t matter if the photo was opened as AI standalone, or through LR or PS. LR and PS do not crash.

Probably a coincidence, but the problem started right after I installed and ran Video AI for the first time.

Uninstalled Video AI and reinstalled photo AI. No change
