I upload a photo and nothing happens to it as it was in the previous version. The size does not increase, the quality does not improve, the photo remains the same as it was uploaded. Nothing happens. How can I revert to the old version?

Are any of the models turned on? Are you getting any error messages? Try rerunning the installer in case there are missing model files. You can download a new installer from the downloads page directly. https://topazlabs.com/downloads/
