Dear Topaz
The program crashes and suddenly closes without any notification when trying to work with large files (few tens millions of pixels and more). The same problem is on different machines (both on W10 64-bit and 8 or 16 GB RAM) and two Photo AI versions (2.1.2 and 2.1.3). Such issue regards different operations - trying to process the image (denoise, sharpen or upscale) or trying to simply save the resulting large image file.
Can you resolve?

What gpu and VRAM are you using?

I’m processing 50mp files and it is not crashing, it is slow. I have a RTX4060 8gb VRAM.

I have ATI/AMD GPU’s, for example VII with 16 GB VRAM. It doesn’t matter whether I switch to use GPU or to use CPU, program suddenly crashes, even few timer one after anpother.

Not getting any crashes on mine even on 1.9gb files.

I suggest you contact Topaz support.

Quite a few others are reporting crashes as well, so you are not alone.
