Program collapses every single time while analyzing

I open Topaz PhotoAI with double-click at the desktop icon.
Program starts.
Either by adding a picture with Drag & Drop or by choosing from a folder while browsing,
the program tries to open the file.
It is showing the split screen original-optimized picture and you can see the Analyzing bar , then the program collapses.
No matter what picture i choose, the failure is always happening since a week or too.
Before that, it works perfectly.

Windows 10, Nikon Z6III and Iphone14pro max, jpeg pictures
Topaz AI3 Version 3.3.1

Last thing i have not tried yet is restarting/booting the pc.

Also, I restarted the computer, no change of results.
TopazAI opens, but during Analyzing it collapses

We want to ensure you have the latest GPU driver by updating it through the Device Manager > Display Devices window.

After you have done this, please reboot your machine and run some tests after this process and then if you are still experiencing problems.

You may want to try adjusting your AI Processor by following the steps below to see if it helps with processing time:

  1. Open Photo AI

  2. Go to Edit > Preferences > General

  3. Set your AI Processor to CPU

  4. Click Apply

setting the AI Processor to CPU works.

I check the other options too.
I am installing the latest available Windows update too.

Done the Windows update.
Preferences tested:
Auto and Intel Graphics does not work, identical failure.
CPU is working.

I go with CPU,
