Processing using Photo AI 2.0.2 speed is unusable. Default auto settings, No upscale, default noise removal, Standard sharpening, no faces, no subject. It took 13 minutes 15 sec. to process on an Intel 13900K NVidia 4090 (running over 95% for all that time) a single photo. Invoked from Lightroom Classic / File/plugin Extras/Process with Topaz Photo AI. Timing does not include file saving, timing ended when GPU usage dropped to <3%.
This has been the case for me with over 10 photos processed, similar conditions. Problem did not happen with last version, all significantly under a minute.
I am running the 13900k and a 4090 too but it was not too slow on my end even tough I did not make many changes to the 350 images which took around 20 minutes to complete:
Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs to your reply so I can check the contents.
It sounds like Topaz Photo AI may be missing model files to process with the GPU or there was an error with the GPU.
