Trying to process video, restarted computer multiple times, keeps failing

The logs are pointing to a file path permission error with the file. Can you verify that the file is located in a folder that the app has permission to read/write to and that the export path is available as well?
Sometimes when using removable or external drives the file paths can become broken and need to be reset by reimporting the source file or moving to a local drive option.
