I recently bought the latest edition of GigaPixel and also installed the recent upgrades. When I load a picture and get to the processing stage it takes hours to do any upscaling on the Upscale 1 I eventually lose patience and shut down the operation at that time I receive a message saying something has gone wrong and if it happens again I should report it. This fault happens every time I try to use the program
