I’ve never had a problem with Gigapixal until this version 6.3.3. Now I keep getting processing error. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times but still keep getting this error. How do I fix this?

When I go to bring up an image to enlarge it gives a processing error and will not allow it.

It seems this computer is not updated enough to run the new upgrade to Topax. Is there anyway to go back to the version before this upgrade?
