When a PC restarts (after an update or after a power loss), a process that was interrupted does not continue from that point, even if a partial files exists (and I assume there is cache somewhere).
Ditto what he said, although, in my case, the program reloads the old file date, and if I click on it again to restart, I seem to get what appears to be the old attempt restarting, simultaneously with a brand new effort, starting from the beginning. There are now two attempts running at once…

Yes, I noticed that (RE: Edward’s note) happened a few times as well.
Actually, my problem is different. The process resumes but isn’t displayed in the render queue. It’s invisible!
That is, unless I tab back and forth between “All inputs” and “Selected”.
In addition, the Resume renders design flaw - Topaz Video AI / Bugs and Issues - Topaz Community bug is still occurring.
