I am still quite inexperienced with using Topaz.
While denoising a video, I noticed strange artifacts in the image. I didn’t have this problem with version v4.0.4, even though I used the same denoising settings.
Are you using the newer model of Nyx in v5.5? In v4.0.4 it would have been Nyx v2 if that is what you were using, so a different version of the model will need slightly different settings.
based on his screenshot, he is using neither (Hint: Nyx don’t have “Improved details” parameter, it has “Reduce grain”).
it seems like other enhancement AI other then the Nyx family.
@nuff You might want and tell us what AI model/version you are using that we can pin point the issue better.

Sorry for the late reply. I used the same model (Proteus) and settings for both versions. However, in version 5.5.0, I’m experiencing severe artifacts in the image, and the video isn’t running smoothly.
if it’s only denoising you are after, maybe try the Nyx model instead.
