Running the latest version of Sharpen AI does not produce any noticeable difference in image detail.
Adjust AI only works in manual mode, auto modes don’t do anything.
When I uninstalled Studio 2 it still shows up in the Windows 10 list of apps.
What an exquisite mess.

You will need to raise a support request at the main website as there are known issues with the RTX GPUs.
In the meantime you can try using Sharpen AI in CPU/OpenVINO mode and turn off the GPU mode to see if that works.
I’m not sure what you mean about Adjust AI not working in auto mode as there is only HDR settings in AI mode.
If something remains in the Apps list and the application is not installed you can remove it from the list using the Control Panel and the Uninstall Apps there. It will ask if you want to remove the entry from the apps list.
