Problem with ProRes codec

after upscale from 2K to 4K i have a MOV with prores422HQ, but this non standard codec
in Adobe Premiere read this files, but can’t rewrap only reencode
I compare mov from VEAI and other app

Me too.
Could not get MOV file created by VEAI from Premier Pro.
Convert to MP4 as a separate encoding program and use it in the Premier Pro.

I’ve encountered a problem with 59.94 source file. VEAI ProRes HQ 4:2:2 makes the processed file 1fps for no reason. It does read 59.94 fps in VEAI before processing. My solution was to use MKVToolNix and set the Default Duration FPS to 60000/1001p, which made it playback properly without re-encoding.
