Problem with downloading

Topaz Photo AI [v1.x.x] on [Windows/Mac]

I have a new iMac 24"… I have several of your products. I am having a problem downloading. I can’t seem to get any of them to finish downloading. They start to download and then quit.

I “own” Photo AI, Sharpening, Gigapixel and one other. Pleas let me know how I can solve this problem.

To help troubleshoot this issue, please first disable any antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installer from downloading the model files. Try running the installer again. Once the installation finishes or fails, do not close the installer window and follow the steps below to send me the installer logs:

  1. While the installer window is open, click the Window > Installer Log menu at the top of your screen.
  2. Click the dropdown menu on the top bar and select Show All Logs
  3. Then save the file and email it to me.
