Problem with downloading models

I am writing to you again that there is a problem with downloading the models and this is happening in every version, so as I was told earlier to install an older version, it is out of the question because there is still a problem. I have described it thoroughly in my previous correspondence.

Are you seeing specific models not downloading?

The logs are not showing attempts for model downloads in version 7.1.3.
