Hi, I have bought TOPAZ VIDEO AI 5 a couple of days ago, and after installing it and login in the application on my computer, I import a video into the app and it doesn’t show the preview of it can someone please help me to fix this issue.

Or I recommend installing previous version 5.3.6 which is stable, there the problem does not exist. We are all waiting 5.5x gets fixed respectively V6 is in Beta stage.
