Processed 8 images, generated in Midjourney, in Topaz Photo AI. When I try to save images to my hard drive I get a red error message, “error writing image” on the first photo and then hangs on saving the second photo.
Steps to reproduce issue:
Process 8 photos
Press “Save 8 images” button
Processing begins, but immediately produces error message (as above) and hangs on second image
Have to press “Cancel Processing” to get back to the photo
Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.
This error usually appears if something is blocking Topaz Photo AI from saving the file. Do you have antivirus or firewall that is blocking the save? Are you saving to a cloud storage location that Topaz Photo AI does not have permission to alter?
