You’re actually comparing the price of the previous Topaz Gigapixel AI which was indeed $99 however, with the introduction of the new Topaz Gigapixel (Studio) the price was increased to $149.
As far as the discrepancy between 12×12 = $144 and the $149 is concerned and as you clearly stated it’s a $149 Billed Yearly which isn’t a Month by Month Subscription it’s actually a Annual Commitment for $149 and Topaz has simply given a rounded figure of $12 so, to make it easier to compare to the Annual Billed Monthly and Month by Month Subscriptions.
