The bug / behavior you have encountered
Preview and export frequently just ‘stop’ for me. No error reported, but the progress bars stop changing and in the logs I see:
“e[48;5;0me[38;5;0m[vost#0:0/h264_nvenc @ 0000018C82099580] e[0me[48;5;0me[38;5;0mMore than 1000 frames duplicated”
whenever this happens. The process never completes. I can manually terminate & the app acts like nothing happened.

Edit to add: I also tried the 3.5.2 Alpha I saw elsewhere & it didn’t fix this issue. Going back to 3.5.0 to try that…
I’m also hit with this issue on my Topaz video AI v3.5.1
And I’m always having following messages (or sort of) when doing upscaling and converting fps:
2023-10-01 13-24-16.247 Thread: 14096 Info OUT: 3 e[48;5;0me[38;5;0m[vost#0:0/hevc_amf @ 000002059C5D0E80] e[0me[48;5;0me[38;5;0mMore than 1000 frames duplicated
I have no idea on how to solve this issue.

Hello,
Did version 3.5.0 also show the same issue when you tested it?

Hi, no, 3.5.0 does not have this problem.
Ok thanks,
I’ve confirmed with our dev team that this bug is fixed in the 3.5.2 update releasing later today!

Hello,
Could you send us an email at help@topazlabs.com with the full log files from the app?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
