Each time I try to do preview of different part of video, model is downloading again even without changing parameters. Instead for waiting until computer finish the preview I’m waiting for download. Why? Why it download the same model again when it was downloaded few seconds ago. It is impossible to use this app this way.

It’s possible that you are seeing a brief “Model downloading” message while the app checks for any existing model files. If the correct model package is already present on the system drive, it will not be re-downloaded.
It takes 5 up top 10 minutes until preview starting to render. Till then I see message model downloading. Preview takes 5 to 10 sec to render. I moved slider to different position in video without changing anything and again wait up to 10 minutes.
Could I take a look at the app’s log files to see what is causing the error in Video AI?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and upload the file to Dropbox:

Hi. I just did quick test and uploaded log on dropbox. Did test with on three parts of the same video without changing anything. I have opened models folder just to observe time of file. So each time I hit preview on different part files were downloaded again and timestamp on them changed.
Any findings in logs I send?
Could we try these steps to reset and reinstall the latest version of Video AI?
Uninstalled completely. Cleaned registry. I also removed all related folder from disk including models folder. Installed 3.5.1. Running test, same result. Each time I hit preview, models are redownloaded. I also checked timestamp that change each time I hit the button. Different video, same result. I also for test made exclusion for models folder for defender, no change. It simply redownloading everything each time. In logs I found same error - :AIERROR: Model Failed and after that based on log download is triggered.
Are you able to run any of the AI filters while not connected to the internet?
Now we are getting closer. Yes it will work in offline mode and not just that, it start the process almost immediately after clicking preview. No waiting. This is how it should work even with internet connection. So this means that for some reason if there is connection available and even model is downloaded it download it again. I see in log that it tries to download model but it fail AIERROR: Download Failed because there is no connection.
No news here about this issue?
