Preview is lost when I switch between multiple inputs

Using version 5.0.4 when I switch between two inputs the previews stop displaying for the first input. Switching back and forth between inputs, rendering, previewing, etc does not bring the input preview back (for either A or B screens). The only way out is to restart the program.
