everything was working fine then started getting “preprocessing failed” and now nothing with process via the cloud.

also, when I start the program it loads the last 30+ videos in the export queue even though I have repeatedly flushed them out.

I downloaded the latest driver from Nvidia in case that was the issue but tit didn’t help.

This is an issue the team is working on at this time that has negatively impacted users when attempting to run some files through the app. It has been linked to changes made in 1.7.0 with the hardware decoding process.

The next patch update has some adjustments to help with this and that should be coming out soon.
