None of the above. It’s Portland, Dorset, England. I guess it has given its name to many other places. Famous for its stone and for its cement. The bit that sticks out into the sea is called Portland Bill.

I really enjoy mixing different Topaz Impressions effects. I like that yours has the subtlety of watercolors with the oil brush stroke effects and some sketchy strands. Those really add to the appeal and creative look. I have photographed the same site but your angles and effects are inspiring me to look back at those images from 6 years ago and rework them. I appreciate that you made an effort to take a commonly photographed subject and make creative artwork. Great job.
