Porblema with Constant Bitrate, h265, main 10

Hi, I have a problem when trying to upscale a video to 4K with h265, main 10, mkv and constant bitrate. I want to set a bitrate of 16 Mbps, but when the process finishes, the program never respects the configuration. The output bitrate is always lower than the one I set. When I try to upscale several episodes and keep a similar bitrate and file size across all of them, this problem makes it impossible, since each episode ends up with a different bitrate and the final file sizes vary a lot.
I’m using v7.1.0
PC specs are:

  • i9 13900k
  • rtx 5080
  • 32Gb ddr5
  • Win 11

Sorry for the late reply. Here I’ve uploaded the log from another PC that has exactly the same problem

The logs are showing that you are using an unreleased version of the app that is not an official build. Can you confirm the email your license is under for the app as these logs are showing the app is unlocked without an email assigned to it.
