Pointer mouse slowly and jump on screen Edit Selection

The pointer (mouse) moves very slowly and in jumps on the Edition Selection screens. This did not happen in previous versions.

Thank you very much for replying so quickly. You’ve given me a clue. Due to an issue with updating the BIOS, I had to switch the monitor connections from the external card to the motherboard’s graphics card. I’ve reconnected the monitors to the external graphics card, and the pointer speed on the editing screens has improved. However, it’s still not as precise as it should be. It might be a problem with the graphics card, which is somewhat limited.

Thanks for sending in that information.

I want to see if updating your GPU driver will resolve the problem, as there is a more up-to-date driver that has been released.

I believe I already had the latest driver installed, but I reinstalled it. With that driver, I can manage the editing screens of the Topaz Photo AI program decently. I will definitely upgrade the graphics card. Since the driver update (a week ago), my computer’s screen and system occasionally freeze, forcing me to power off and on the PC as it doesn’t respond to anything. I’m considering getting an Nvidia 3060 series card. Thank you very much for your help. I will continue investigating and testing."
