If I access “Balance Color,” after “AutoPilot,” and “Lighting,” the app crashes because of a fault in VCRuntime. Reproducible at will on my workstation. 3 dumps, error logs, and actual photo included here.
I’m not so stubborn as to entirely exclude the possibility that it could be on my side, but I don’t think so…
I checked the logs and did not see anything obvious.
Also, I tried the steps you described with the posted photo on my Mac without running into the same problem.
What you tried to uninstall/install the app again?
Let’s try updating you to the most recent version release to see if this resolves the issue.
Please make sure you’ve also turned off any firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installation. Also, make sure there are no settings or configurations in your OS system that could interfere.
