Gigapixel 8 doesn’t open using the plug-in in Lightroom Classic 14 on two computers. It skips opening and generates a new file with no changes. Works fine standalone and in Photoshop.??

Try this, it worked for me:
Open Gigapixel - go to:
EDIT
SETTINGS
AI PROCESSOR - Change Auto to CPU
SAVE
In Lightroom, when I attempt to modify an image with Gigapixel AI, the user interface opens but nothing else happens; it just displays ‘loading image’.
Do you have any suggestions?
No problem here with the latest versions of Gigapixel AI and LRC. Are you using LRC ? What version ? What kind of image are you loading ? What exports parameters are you using when sending the image to Gigapixel ?
If you don’t mind sharing a sample image with which you have the problem, this would allow us to check whether we experience the same issue.

Gigapixel AI fonctionne avec Lightroom CC version 8 et au-delà.
Malheureusement, je n’utilise pas Lightroom CC. Je ne peux donc pas tester. Je n’ai pas trouvé trace de ce problème après une recherche dans le forum. Je crois qu’il va vous falloir contacter le support.

I upgraded to Gigapixel 8 & now the plugin with Lightroom Classic no longer works. Everything was fine with version 6 but now i have to export to my pc, then open with giga pixel, then export to pc & then upload again to Lightroom… there has to be an easier way than this. Why is a so called improved version less user friendly than an older version?

Upgraded to the latest version of Topaz and Gigapixel. When using the lightroom plugin it processes the file but wont save it back to lightroom and I get a “cannot open output file” error.
Works fine if I use the Raw editor though and only has this issue with the edit in Topaz AI option. I have 6GB VRam on my card and as the Raw editor send files back I dont think its a permissions issue as per previous threads.

I’m having the same problem after upgrading today
My Gig8 just crashes after opening an image in LrC to Gig8 and attempting to begin an edit.
Just tried a few optons and my Gig8 crashes when trying to use the Redefine tool.
I am also having the same issue - very frustrating after working so well. >Installed Gigapixel 8. Lightroom classic plugin no longer working.
Using Gigapixel 8.1 and noticed when I use as a plugin in Lightroom Classic there are no cloud render options or credits showing. When I use Gigapixel stand alone, it works fine with Cloud options showing.
Also when I use Photo AI I’m noticing the grid effect when increasing shadows slider in LR. I looked on your help site and camera compatibility may be the problem. I have a Canon R5 mk II and don’t see it in your link of supported cameras.
