Plugin freezes

I did the latest update this morning 2.0.4 and tried to run the plugin in Lightroom but it’s not working. The autopilot freezes at the noise and blur step. Tried to disable auto pilot with no success.

Bottom line it’s not working.

UPDATE I realised that is works alright with colour images and the problem is when the image in BW

B&W is supported in Topaz Photo AI. Please get the application to freeze again, then go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs to your reply so I can check the contents.
