Plug-ins not working

This week I updated my AI filters. I had them previously installed in P.S. Elements 15.
I tried to work on a photo in Elements but couldn’t get Sharpen AI to work. It would open from within elements then shut down.
I got an error message advising me to go to Help/Systems so idi and copied the following:

I think I need to remove them from Elements Plug-in menu but can’t figure out how to do so.
Any suggestions?

You need to uninstall apps not being used and you have 3 versions of Sharpen trying to load, 2 of Mask AI and 2 if Adjust.

The Hidden NO VERSION probably refers to GigaPixel AI.

My recommendation is to

  • uninstall all the affected applications
  • and remove any duplicated folders from your PC program files folder,
  • delete all links to plugin locations for them from the Elements plugin locations C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 15\Plug-Ins, and
  • reinstall.

Also make sure none of the AI applications are installed in dual locations such as the C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs folder and the C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC folder.
